I BOUGHT THIS SMOKER THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING WITH INTENTIONS OF SMOKING A 15 POUND TURKEY. I WAS A BIT CONCERNED ABOUT THE STRENGTH OF THE RACKS SO I DOUBLED THEM UP. IN ADDITION, I PLACED THE SMOKER ON A COUPLE OF SAWHORSES CROSS SUPPORTED BY 2 BOARDS SO IT WOULDN'T BE NEXT TO THE GROUND.
THIS SMOKER DID EVERYTHING IT WAS DESIGNED TO DO. THAT IS,, IT DELIVERED A TASTY BIRD FOR THE 10 OF US TO ENJOY!!! IT WAS SMOKED FOR ABOUT 7 HOURS, BUT HAD TO BE FINISHED IN THE OVEN TO BE COMPLETELY DONE. IS THAT THE SMOKERS FAULT?
NO.....
THAT WAS ME NOT BEING USED TO IT, AND UNDERESTIMATING THE COOK TIME.
THIS IS A GREAT SMOKER!!!!!!. REVIEWS..........
