My smoker is over 6 months old...I have used it probably 12 times....in warm and cold weather as I live in the mountains of Colorado....i love it....easy to use....I just sold my first bradley smoker and purchased a digital one.....I figure for sure better control...but I have made everything from summer sausage....salami....polish kabasa....fish......pulled pork....its freeking great.......delivered great....looked great... works great....NICE thats why I have sold it and bought the upgrade digital one.....i would recommend getting the cover....mine sits outside on my deck own snow...and weather.......t REVIEWS..........
