I purchased this unit about a year ago. It is absolutely the best. You load it, light it, regulate the temperature and then leave it alone. It cannot be easier to use. The best part of it is that it makes incredibly great BBQ. I've cooked ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, turkey and chicken. Everything turns out great every time. Since you don't have to monitor it constantly, you use it more often. I've loaded it, left to run errands, then came back 4 or 5 hours later to reload the fuel chute for longer smokes, or set the table to eat. My wife loves it, too, because I cook more often, and we love the taste of the food cooked in the Breeze. The only regret I had was waiting to buy. REVIEWS..........
