Excellent smoker and great value - definitely happy with the decision to buy one with 2 doors, as we had to add wood chips twice more during the smoking process and can foresee having to do this with anything that needs more than a couple of hours smoking time. We seasoned following the directions that came with it, and there was zero metallic/odd odor or taste with our first food smoke. We also put on the caster wheels as recommended by one reviewer, and wow - it was easy to do and such great advice! Forgot to buy the larger drip pans, but will do that before the next time we use it so we have a larger area for the drips and less cleanup afterwards. We would highly recommend this unit and can't wait to smoke the turkey for Thanksgiving! REVIEWS..........
