The smoker works great. I put it together with no problem and it was easy to assemble. I seasoned it and the first thing I cooked in it was a 12lb turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. I put the turkey in a brine for about 40 hours and started smoking it at about 11 am and pulled it out at 5:40pm. I let it rest covered in foil for about 30 mins and then carved. That was the best turkey I have ever had in my life! REVIEWS..........
