Ordered for a saturday delivery 11/22/14, got it on Monday, seems to happen about 50% of the time. I assembled and seasoned the Smoker according to directions. Had a front pork shoulder rubed and ready to go, came out great low and slow about 25 degrees out and it held 225 degrees just above low. Next up about 40 lbs of venison jerkey first batch with Hickory, second batch apple and cherry, Most seem to like the hickory the best. I havoeabout 5 lbs left and going fast! Great smoker, good in cold temps, i'm a bit concerned about getting down to 175 in the summer. But I have room for a electric hot plate above the gas burner that should do the trick if needed. Build quality is good better than all the ones I saw in person, love the width whole racks of ribs fit easily lengthwise. Happy width my purchase! REVIEWS..........

Awesome Smoker!

I have had this smoker for a month now and put it through its paces. Mine came Fed Ex. Only thing in the van. Double boxed. No damage to smoker. I had a lot of packaging for the recycle guys that week. So I think Amazon has fixed this problem. It also came pretty fast. Took 45 minutes to set up and another 3 hours to season properly. My thermometer is 10 degrees off on the smoker. But not a problem since I use a probe thermometer. I have cooked ribs, chicken, brisket, pork butt, Turkey legs, mac and cheese, smoked salt, jalapenos, nachos. Works great. Hold temps very well. Only have gone through 2 20# tanks of propane in a month. Doesn't need a whole lot of wood chips. I use wood chunks. Duel burners are excellent. I use one at a time and then switch over to the other one on long smoke items. Large water pan that I barely have to refill with juice or.water depending on what I smoke. I highly recommend this smoker. Very easy to use. Told my executive chef friend about this smoker and now he has bought one for his home. REVIEWS..........

This is the perfect gift for a beginner

I bought this smoker as a father’s day gift for my husband. He is a novice BBQ-er, and wanted to really try his hand at smoking. This is the perfect gift for a beginner! In the time since we’ve purchased this, it gets used on a weekly basis, if not more frequently. It holds a decent amount of meat to feed a family of 4, and still end up with leftovers. It is compact enough that it doesn’t occupy my entire patio as well. The temperature gauge seems accurate, but the only downside we’ve found is that the heat seems to leak a bit. With monitoring though, you can turn out some amazing meals! I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a smoker. REVIEWS..........

The smoker works great. I put it together with no problem and it was easy to assemble. I seasoned it and the first thing I cooked in it was a 12lb turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. I put the turkey in a brine for about 40 hours and started smoking it at about 11 am and pulled it out at 5:40pm. I let it rest covered in foil for about 30 mins and then carved. That was the best turkey I have ever had in my life! REVIEWS..........

I had been eye balling this smoker and it's larger counter part at Lowes for a few weeks before I found this one on sale here on amazon, alot cheaper and shipping was free, so very great deal for what I wanted. Nearly half the price of what lowes had listed for.

Smoker came and it's a large package, had slight damage but nothing I would complain about. Expected on such a large package.

I've been using the product almost every other weekend since I purchased it and it's been great. Cooks the food well and easy to maintain and clean. Very straight forward on how to use and great for beginner smokers like myself, I did also research the product and how to use on youtube and they give great tips/tricks on how to maximize your cooking expierence with this smoker. I bought mine from Bimart but I thought that I would write a review on here because I think this is a really great smoker especially for the money! I bought it about three months ago, and have used it about 10 times, and I have been really impressed with how efficient it is. And to make it more efficient I purchased some heat tape to seal up the doors, which I would highly recommend. the only problem that I had was when I pulled it out of the box the water pan was damaged (the ceramic coating was chipped) but, I would also like to say that their customer service was outstanding, I was put through to someone immediately, and the sent me a new water pan not questions asked free of charge! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is just starting out in the world of smoking food. REVIEWS..........

Ran this thing with a 22lb bird and it was too big. I did a displacement check before hand but the bubbling and churning cause a few cups of oil to overflow. That being said the bird finished just fine and worked but i made a mess. If you are sure you won't have overflow issues indoor is fine. In my case mine was used outdoors. The max fill line is variable depending on the size of the thing being fried so do displacement checks with water and whatever you are cooking beforehand.

The best lazy man's smoker to gauge temperature. However, still requires you pay attention every few hours to change water of course. I am able to fit two racks of ribs, a whole chicken, and pork shoulder in at one time and turn out great! My only concern is the plastic vent and inside plastic/rubber seal parts wearing too quickly, but has not been an issue thus far. REVIEWS..........
