This is the best smoker ever. Just buy it and use it once and you will be happy you took the plunge. I hesitated when buying it at first because it was electric and sorta pricey but I was VERY surprised by how well this smoker works. Cooking very large chicken breasts in this smoker is AWESOME to say the least. The chicken breasts are perfect and never dry. But then again I monitor the temp as this smoker has a built in thermometer for meats. The smoker pan makes the meat taste amazing when finished cooking. I am very happy with this purchase and will use this smoker for many years.
