This produced an outstanding smoked Boston Butt. I'm giving it five stars because the results were so outstanding, but be aware that it's a really good idea to stay in the kitchen when this is doing the smoking. It can get too hot if you're not paying reasonably close attention. I feel it's worth it for the results, but I don't feel it's something you can just start the smoking and come back to it a couple of hours later. REVIEWS..........
